So, what's on your mind? Do you take time each day to actually see what fills your mind, lately? Do you question the things you think about, the things you accept, or why you think that way? Do you like to adopt popular views, politics, social media, fashions, or trends? Does it matter to you how other people think, or how they arrive at their own views? Most people never question why they think what they do. A person can live their whole life without ever wondering why.
Meditation is a process of letting go of the external, the non-essential, needless complexity, and pressures of "the world." It is a process of settling down — away from more doing, and closer to simply being. To find Peace within.
