The Pursuit of Happiness
The US Declaration of Independence asserted that human beings have an inalienable — God given — right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Such a radical idea had just about never been heard before: the pursuit of happiness. Thomas Jefferson went out on a limb to try to instill these basic spiritual values into the United States at its conception, to help alleviate some of the most basic causes of suffering and oppression.
Now, this raises a couple of questions, for the thinking person. First, what is it about this world that would deny us these most basic rights? And, second, exactly what is the thinking of all those who cannot even conceive of such basic rights for humankind?
As Jefferson realized, this world we live in is often not there to help us as much as it is to oppress us and perpetuate suffering.
"The most fortunate of us frequently meet with calamities which may greatly affect us, and to fortify our minds against the attacks of these misfortunes should be one of the principal studies and endeavors of our lives." — Thomas Jefferson
How many of us are prepared by our upbringing, studies, and endeavors to deal with life's problems? How many of us find the True path to happiness in our lives?
The society in which we are born and raised demands that we conform to its often erroneous conceptions of freedom, and to the oppression of our spirit. Jefferson fought this, in his time, as best he could, hoping the day would come when the world might accept his spiritual ideas more fully. It would have to happen in God's Way, with God's Will, and God's timing.
Jefferson had to, in many ways, fight the society and predominant — wrong — thinking of his times. Our own society and its predominantly wrong thinking are not on our side, today, either.
In fact, your society and its thinking set you up for problems and then provide false solutions. This falsehood, corruption, and new-born tyranny further erode the spiritual values and higher inspirations we once had as a nation, which once held such great promise.
Today, many people pursue their own ego gratification, pleasure, and addictions as if that were life itself
It is not. Instead of honoring the goodness, the gifts and grace of God, people are following Satan — whether they know it or not — by doing anything they want, believing that is freedom and true happiness. It is not. Satan leads people down paths of greater disappointment, despair, suffering, and delusion. The top insanity of "pursuing happiness" today is (mostly women) parents and teachers taking children to Drag Queen story hour, stage performances, and "pride parades" where sexual perversion is performed in public for admiring crowds and children. Now the entire social and governmental system is set up to fallaciously "change" the sex of children, in order to "make them happy." As if this really is "health affirming" care or happiness. It is not. It is a false path to happiness.
The motto "love is love" which people proudly display is a front for the LGBTQP agenda. It actually means pedophilia, the sexual abuse of children as a "right" of adult predators and a "right" of the child to choose. As if a young child can tell what is right, good, or true, and reject the exploitation of morally corrupt adults, men dressing as women and telling them fairy tales, programming them about the joys of gay and trans sex. This is child abuse, not the pursuit of "happiness."
Social conditioning, the oppressive force that seeks to trap you, is insidious, pervasive, and very self-destructive. It shapes your life at the earliest stages, in a battle for your mind and control of your behavior. You practically come into this life with a preset plan for your suffering. It is encoded in your DNA, in your mental programming, in the circumstances where you are born, and in the family in which you are born. Being highly vulnerable and susceptible to all of this, you go through life, "learn" very little, suffer, and die. There is a better Way to live.
Learn to bypass the social-cultural conditioning, scientific and religious dogma, disinformation, acceptance of spiritual oppression, and self-negation that you are subjected to, all your life
This is, of course, where Jesus comes in. You need to find and know God in your heart. That is the True path to happiness.
Until then, the paths you walk in this world are paths of darkness, lies, deceit, confusion, disappointment, and pain. None of that is God's plan for you. It is all Satan's plan, and he has so many willing minions working to corrupt and destroy you, and all of us, from the earliest age.
Walk with God. It is the one and only True happiness.
- Forget about trying to fit into the world, by becoming a better pawn of the system.
- Forsake the illusion that if you seem to be doing better than others, or do not experience their torment, that you have "succeeded."
- Do not imagine that you can live in your own little world, cushioned by wealth or position, and somehow avoid all of this world's problems.
- See through the reassurances of the experts, authorities, and leaders that everything is good — and realize what is good, right, and true.
- Be objective, find the truth, listen to your conscience, your inner being.
- Open your eyes and see.
Some people find comfort in every conceivable illusion, and others want to know the truth, regardless of how painful it may be to realize
Ignorance is not bliss. The less aware you are, the more you may suffer — if not now, then later. If you are one of those persons who has suffered enough, then be more aware, now. Perhaps you have given in, acquiesced, or accepted things as they are, rather than challenging what was wrong. Face the truth, admit mistakes in thinking or action, and learn how to deal with life's problems in the right way. You can make better choices now.
It's your choice: would you rather have your life dictated by the world outside you, or would you prefer to live your life from your own true inner being?
God is calling you.
The ancient Greeks developed a form of theatre to depict the larger forces acting upon us in life, called "tragedy." The actors wore masks so that their personal identities did not enter into the play. In a sense, everyone is wearing a mask, and acting as a conduit either for the force of Good or evil. More so today than ever before.
